Do you have a food truck?
Bully Taco does not currently operate a food truck. We are strictly event caterers.
Are you insured?
Bully Taco is fully insured and a Certificate of Insurance can be provided to you or your venue upon request.
when is my deposit due?
A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking and is required in order to secure your event booking. An event date cannot be held until your deposit is received.
Do you offer payment plans?
Bully Taco does not currently offer payment plans at this time.
Do you provide tables to set up the food and your equipment on?
Bully Taco provides set up tables for all Taquero Service events. Tables are not provided for Self-Serve Buffets as it a drop off service.
Do you have a brick & mortar location?
Bully Taco does not have a physical location or restaurant. We operate out of FNG Food Truck Storage and Commissary Kitchen located in Mckinney, TX.
Do you cook onsite?
All food is cooked in our commercial kitchen space the day of your event and then transported. This is to ensure all food items are produced at the highest quality possible.
When is my final payment due?
Final payment of your remaining balance owed is to be paid in full the week of your event and no later than 48 hours prior.
Do you clean/provide bussing services?
Bully Taco staff is responsible for cleaning the service area at all Taquero Service events. Should your event require bussing it is available to all clients for an additional service fee. However, it is not included in our base package pricing. The client is responsible for any clean up of Self-Serve Buffets as it is a drop off service.
Do you offer tastings?
Tastings are available to all potential clients upon request. Tastings can be either picked up at our commercial kitchen space in Mckinney, TX or delivered directly to you. Pricing varies based on individual items and potential delivery distance. To schedule a tasting please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
